Flocculants

Chemical flocculants are used in water treatment applications to create larger floccs of agglomerated particles. They can be used alone or in conjunction with a coagulant. The result of creating a larger floccs is that their separation from water in equipment such as clarifiers, thickeners or dewatering equipment is much more efficient than coagulant alone.

Our anionic and cationic polyacrylamides are manufactured in a wide range of % charge (1%-80%) and molecular weight (6-25 MMW). Cationic polyacrylamide can be used in a variety of wastewater treatment applications including pulp and paper, municipal waste and industrial waste. The following products are dry powders.
